About Oakcrest Park Estates

The pride of the Eng family for close to 60 years, Oakcrest Park Estates Ltd. is a family-owned and operated property development company located in Victoria, BC.

What began as a single grocery store, founded by Henry Eng and his wife Dorothy back in 1952, has flourished into a second-generation property development business. The company’s objective is to build and manage a portfolio of income-producing properties that will continue to support the Eng family for generations to come.

Known today as Oakcrest Park Estates Ltd., the focus of the Eng family business is industrial/commercial properties—most notably, the Henry Eng Industrial Park in Langford; North Douglas Self Storage on Vanalman Avenue; and 2330 Government Street in downtown Victoria.

Along with a carefully managed portfolio of income-producing properties, the company also holds vacant properties for future development.
